Why should you fight for custody of your children?
If you have a divorce and there are children involved then a child custody battle might take place. This would be so that the court can decide which parent is most fit to raise their children.
You should fight for custody of your children if you truly believe that you are the right person for the job. If you believe that you can give your children the best chance at a great future then you should fight for custody of their children.
Custody battles are not always easy as a lot of the time both parents want to have custody. Dr. Ira Turkat has reported on court cases where a parent who falsely claims that the other parent has turned their children against them. These accusations show the desperation of some parents to gain custody and show why child custody battles can be so difficult.
The courts will rule in favour for the parent that they believe can best take care of their children. If you believe that this parent is you then you should fight with all your heart to gain custody of your children. You should do this not because of your own agenda but because you believe it is for the best for your children
